	Tanya Cabala, right, a member of the White Lake Public Advisory Council, gives a tour of the former Montague City dump site which is one of eight areas included in the White Lake Shoreline Habitat Restoration Project. Tours of the sites were part of an Oct. 20 closing celebration for the federally funded program. While a closing ceremony was held, work on all the sites has not been completed.
