‘Blizzard of Books’ used Book Sale
  Proceeds from this sale will provide funding for the popular Summer Reading Program at the library, and also help pay for some much-needed technology upgrades.
 
The White Lake Community Library will hold its next used book sale on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 18 and 19.

The Blizzard of Books sale hours for Friday are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., while Saturday hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with clearance pricing of $2 per bag after 12:00. Customers are welcome to bring their own standard grocery-size paper or reusable bags.

.A silent auction will also be featured as part of the sale. Several books will be available to the highest bidder, including an autographed copy of Elizabeth Bunce’s “Liar’s Moon”, “More Enchanted Eating from the West Shore – the Official Cookbook of Muskegon County”, and some coffee table books. Bids will be accepted from Jan. 7 through the end of the book sale at 3 p.m. on the 19th.

The semi-annual book sale offers a large variety of used books for all ages, from romance and mystery to gardening and history. Used movies, music, audio books, jigsaw puzzles and other items will also be available. Prices range from 10 cents to $4 per item.
