Mr. Matthew A Saunders
 
Matthew A Saunders 39, of Cedar Park Texas formerly of Rothbury, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly Thursday November 15, 2012. He was born March 27, 1973 to Melodie and William Saunders.

He married Charlyn Saunders on December 17, 2007. They have one son, Evan Saunders, 4 years old.

Matt worked for Cisco Systems in Austin, Texas for seven years. He was a Network voice Engineer in the Technical Industry.

Matthew attended Montague High School, which he graduated and held degrees in Electronics and as a Respiratory Therapist. He went to Ferris University.

He was affiliated with St. Margarette Catholic Church in Cedar Park, Texas.

Matthews hobbies were travelling, snorkeling and golfing.

His wife, Charlyn, his precious son Evan, survives Matthew.

He also leaves his Mother, Melodie, and Step Father, James Hughes, of Rothbury, MI.; Brother, William (Bridget) Saunders, of Middleville, MI.; Step Brother, James Hughes, of Hesperia, MI; Step Mother, Olive Saunders, of Riverside, California and Step Brother Oliver; Uncle Fred (Cindy) Groat of Fennville, MI; Uncle Wayne (Linda) Groat of Mt. Pleasant, MI; Uncle Bob (Unya) Saunders; Uncle Ed (Carol) Saunders and many nieces and nephews. Matthew also leaves his Aunts and Uncles on his Step Fathers side, Joseph and Maryann Tickle of Pentwater, MI; William and Carol Keck of Rothbury; Michael and Alice Hughes of Shelby; and Patricia Todd of New Era, MI. Many nieces and nephews who will miss him very much.

His Father William Saunders of Riverside, California preceded Matthew in death along with Grandparents Fred and Virginia Groat, James and Bessie Hughes and William and Edna Saunders.

Matthew was cremated and the family will have a memorial in the spring at Otto Township Cemetery.
