Joan Santes, a veteran of the Muskegon County Road Commission, has been re-elected chair of the Board of Road Commissioners at its organizational meeting Jan. 18.
This is the second year the Ravenna resident has been elected chair by fellow commissioners. She is starting her 12th year on the board.
Jack Kennedy was elected vice-chair. The remaining board positions are held by Melvin Black, John DeWolf and Terry Sabo.
