Muskegon Community College is hosting the Urban League of Greater Muskegon as it presents the 17th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Unity Breakfast on Friday, Jan. 18.
This year’s event will feature keynote speaker Clarence Page, Pulitzer Prize winning columnist of the Chicago Tribune. Page is the author of Showing My Color: Impolite Essays on Race and Identity and has appeared on PBS’s The McLaughlin Group, ABC’s This Week, and BET’s Lead Story.
The breakfast program runs from 7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. with a book signing afterward.
