√ Dec. 7 ... Santa’s House at Montague City Hall after White Lake Christmas Parade, Fridays Dec. 7 & 14, 4-6 p.m., and Saturdays Dec. 8 & 15, 1-3 p.m.

√ Dec. 8-9 ... Journey of Joy, an 8-scene re-enactment of the events leading to to the birth of Christ, will be presented at Ferry Memorial Reformed Church, 8637 Old Channel Trail, Montague, 6-8 p.m. Free admission to the guided tours.

√ Dec. 8 ... Breakfast with Santa, 10 a.m., Whitehall United Methodist Church, 117 S. Division St., Whitehall.

√ Dec. 9 ... White Lake Christmas Home Tour, 1-5 p.m., sponsored by Music & Performing Arts, Arts Council of White Lake. Holiday decorations, live music, refreshments.

√ Dec. 9 ... A Piano Extravaganza Holiday Concert, 4-5:30 p.m., Montague High School Center for the Arts, 4900 Stanton Blvd.

√ Dec. 15 ... Montague DECA’s second annual men’s volleyball tournament, 11 a.m., Montague High School Gym. Teams from Montague and Whitehall will play, $3 to attend. Concessions will be open for refreshments.

√ Dec. 15 ... 5th Annual Tapestry of Christmas Concert by the White Lake Chorale, 7-8 p.m., Montague High School Center for the Arts, 4900 Stanton Blvd.

√ Dec. 16 ... Home Town Holiday, 2-7 p.m., Harbor View Grille, 115 N. Mears Ave., Whitehall. Free hot cocoa and S’mores, Christmas trolley rides, pictures with Santa, caroling.

√ Jan. 3 ... DECA Polar Plunge, 1 p.m., Montague High School. Money raised will be given to the Ella Foundation. Soups and hot beverages will be available for those getting dunked and those who donate.

√ Jan. 19 ... Montague High School’s 10th annual Mock Rock 2013, 7 p.m., at Montague High School Auditorium. The event is a lip syncing contest between students. Organized by Montague DECA.

√ May 22 ... Whitehall High School Senior Awards Assembly, 9 a.m., high school auditorium.

√ May 28 ... Whitehall High School Bachelaureate, 7 p.m., location TBD.

√ May 30 ... Whitehall High School graduation, 7 p.m., at the football stadium.
