Mr. Charles D. Reefman
 



Charles D. Reefman, age 86, of Fremont and formerly of Whitehall, went to his Heavenly Home with his Lord and Savior, Jesus, on November 10, 2012. He was born April 25, 1926, in Fremont, to Darrell and Lila (Johnson) Reefman. He was married, in 1946, to Betty Hodges, who preceded him in death in 1995. He later married the former Helen M. Rice Bell. She survives. He worked as a welder at Continental Motors, was in construction building houses and was in auto repair and sales. Mr. Reefman had attended Rothbury Community Church and Fremont United Methodist Church. He also was a member of White Lake Lodge #198 F & AM. Charlie was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Reefman.

FAMILY: His wife, Helen; sons, Dennis (Cheryl) Reefman and Daryl Reefman; grandchildren, Marie Reefman and Jacob (Dannelle) Reefman; a great-granddaughter, Sophia Reefman; a special step-daughter, Judy (Andrew) Deters; a number of step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

SERVICE: Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at 1 PM, at Rothbury Community Church, 2500 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury. Interment will be in Oakgrove Cemetery, Montague.

VISITING TIME: Wednesday, 12:00 PM (Noon) until service time at the church in Rothbury.

DONATIONS: Bethany Christian Services for the Charles Reefman Scholarship Fund, W. 48th St., Fremont 49412.
