Viking girls advance to regional volleyball finals
 
The Whitehall High School girls volleyball team swept Grant in three games Tuesday night to advance to the finals of the Class B regional tournament at Fremont High School.

The Vikings will face Reed City in the finals which begin at 6 p.m. The high school is sending a spectator bus to the finals.

Autumn Christenson, middle hitter, had 17 klills, 2 aces and 6 digs to lead the Vikings. Hope Rillema and Rachel Brown each had 7 kills. Jenna Pesch led the defense with 15 digss, and freshman setter Alyssa Myers had 31 assists and a season high 10 digs.
